- A deep clean of all bathrooms and kitchens
- Cupboard and units cleaned inside and out
- Floors steamed cleaned (carpet cleaning at separate cost)
- Skirting boards, furnishings, windowsills, lighting (wherever possible) dusted
- All rooms and cupboards vacuumed
- Woodwork cleaned/washed
- Windows cleaned inside and out
- Check & clean cob webs throughout
